October 10,17,24,31 November 7,21 December 12,19 (*****notice the November and December dates are not consecutive) with Chandra Michelle RYT500 ; C-IAYT Yoga for your hormones offers a system of holistic health intended to address issues of stress management, sleep disturbances, menstrual imbalances and digestion through the practice and tools of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra. We will learn about each of the glands that produce our hormones, what imbalance looks like, and cultivate a relationship of love to each gland and correlating areas in our bodies. We will use breath and meditation, mantra and asana, and Yoga Nidra for deep rest, to start a conversation with our body, reclaim our health and ideally create long lasting routines and rituals for keeping ourselves nourished and whole. Those who attend the entire series will receive a workbook accompanying the course, lifelong access to the recorded videos, and practices you can do every day to keep your vitality radiant. She has been studying and practicing yoga for the past 25 years, and brings her awareness of integrative health into this series. Through her own challenges with hormone balance, she has spent the past 7 years studying and learning about how to regain health, balance and vitality. Yoga has been her saving grace to find inner strength, faith and love to heal her own body and now strives to offer everything she can in serving other women to regain their health and well- being.
